By downloading, installing, or using the Rebus Puzzle mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Use of the App
The App provides word and picture puzzle entertainment. You agree to:
- Use the App only for personal, non-commercial purposes
- Not modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code from the App
- Not use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
3. Intellectual Property
The App, including all puzzles, images, text, design, and code, is owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
4. In-App Purchases
The App may offer in-app purchases. All purchases are processed by Apple. You agree to Apple's payment terms. Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy. We do not guarantee refunds for in-app purchases.
5. Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
7. Changes to the App and Terms
We may update the App or these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict of law principles.
